Girls Programs
St. Jude's Girls Hockey Program, led by Hockey Director Tom Stanislavski, is excited for the upcoming 2025-2026 hockey season. St. Jude will field all girls teams at the 14U and 16U/19U levels with our 8U - 12U level girls competing with our co-ed teams to further their individual growth and development at this age level.
These teams will compete in the Midwest Superior Girls Hockey League (formerly NIHL) and will attend a minimum of 2 high level tournaments to provide our players the highest level of competition and exposure.

FALL SEASON
Midwest Superior Girls Hockey League [NIHL]
This season, our girls teams will participate in the Midwest Superior Girls Hockey League. The league brings together teams from Illinois, as well as highly talented players and teams from nearby Midwestern states. The season will incorporate a new and improved end of season tournament format.

Sept. 1st - Season play begins
Oct. 11-12th - Girls International Ice Hockey Weekend
Feb. 1st - Season ends [all divisions]
Feb. 6-8th: All Divisions play downs
Feb. 28th - Mar. 1st: Girls Championships

Uniform Requirements
- All girls team members are required to have a black helmet, game socks, pant shells, a practice jersey and warm-up jacket. Game day attire is black leggings, gym shoes and warm up jacket.
- ALL players are required to wear a neck guard at all times on the ice (practices and games).
2025 Summer Skates - Girls
Sharpen your skating skills in preparation for the upcoming fall season. 60 minute sessions will be held on a weekly basis at SIA.
Tuesdays: July 8th - August 26th
