Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) put out a great article spotlighting parents 'coaching' from the sidelines. This is a valuable reminder to us all as to what our children really need from us as parents, regardless if we are new to the game, an avid sport fan, a coach, a manager or actively play the game ourselves.
