Spring Program
The St. Jude Full Spring Program Includes:
• 8 Skill development sessions
• 6 Team Practices (minimum)
• 2 Tryouts
• 9 SWSL Games (minimum)
All tryouts are held at Southwest Ice Arena. All players must have current USA Hockey Insurance.

All first year Bantams (1999’s) must attend a checking clinic BEFORE they begin play in the 2012 Spring Season. Checking clinic is open to all hockey players. Registration is Below!

Spring Program
USA Hockey Confirmation Number
In order to register for St. Jude Hockey you must have a current year USA Hockey confirmation number. If you do not have a confirmation number please proceed to Step 1. To register at USA Hockey then return back to this page to complete registration with your organization. If you have already registered your player during the 2010-2011 season, but do not have their USA Hockey confirmation number, click here to find it-https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/receipt_request.jsp and return to Step 2.
- Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
- Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
This registration session will ask you to provide Player and Guardian Information. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account information available.
Don’t know your child’s USA Hockey Confirmation Number?
You will need your childs USA Hockey Confimation Number before registering for Spring, to look up this information. You will need the following:
- Last Name
- Birthday
- Zip Code
Then go to:
https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/receipt_request.jsp
- Click on Request an additional confirmation link on upper left
- Enter the information, and then you can either download a pdf copy or e-mail
Note- The confirmation number you are after will be on the player you are confirming (see attachment for reference so you know what I am trying to say here)
