About Learn-to-Skate
Your child wants to play ice hockey? This program is where you start. Learning the proper way to ice skate is the first step for your beginning player.
The St. Jude Hockey Club has a proud fifty plus year tradition of developing young players. Joe Keneipp (LTS Director) and the Knights Coaching Staff have designed, developed, and will run the winter 2012 Learn to Skate Program.
The curriculum is focused around the American Development Model (ADM) that helps kids play, love, and excel in their time on the ice! This program's instruction will feature fun drills and games that emphasize proper turns, stops, skating stride, and edge usage
