Don McGrath

Head Instructor for Off-Ice

Assistant Trainer Dan Capuano

I have a USA Hockey level 1 certificate, Also a CPR Instructor card. I have been a Certified Illinois Paramedic since 1995. Courses taken: Fitness Methodology, Fundamentals of Group Fitness. I have two sons in the program. I functioned as an assistant in the off ice program for the spring session and helped implement a summer training program for the Mite and Squirt athletes who had the time to participate. I enjoy helping young athletes achieve success thru hard work & physical fitness. The lessons and habits implanted today will set the parameters by which they will continue their future training / development throughout their lives. It’s good to be a positive and influential part of that process.
